Wildcraft Cider's Botanical Blackberry Cider has a delightful cocktail inspired flavor profile. Made by blending a blackberry wine with a wild fermented cider made from heirloom cider apple varieties, then left to cold condition with a blend of "gin" botanicals. 

From Wildcraft: Willamette Valley harvested blackberries allowed to ferment into blackberry wine on skin. Blended with wild fermented cider from an array of heirloom apple varieties, and left to cold condition with a house blend of "gin" botanicals for a cocktail with complex flavors and robust aromatics.
